Le Sahélien - Gluten-Free Shortbreads
Our selection of hand-made shortbreads is made with nutritious and gluten-free flours and cereals commonly found and used in the Sahelian region. Our goal is to valorize them, inroduce them to a broader audience, but also tackle the overabundance of those ingredients in some African regions through a partnership with local farmers, and ultimately reduce waste.
And thanks to the personal touch and passion of our resident pastry chef Moussa Touré, our shortbreads taste delicious. You will love their authentic flavors, and the unique mix of natural and offbeat ingredients.
